Middle Ruby Developer
We are looking for a skilled Middle Ruby Developer to join our remote team and help us build the future of telemedicine! As a Middle Ruby Developer, you will be responsible for writing clear, efficient, and well-documented Ruby code to implement new features, test them according to technical requirements, and deploy them to AWS. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with customers and attend project interviews to share your ideas and expertise.
responsibilities
- Write clear, fast, and well-explained Ruby code to build the next generation of telemedicine software
- Work closely with project managers, software architects, and other developers to understand technical requirements and develop new features
- Test new features to ensure they meet technical requirements and are error-free
- Deploy code to Amazon Web Services (AWS) using best practices for scalability, security, and performance
- Meet with customers and attend project interviews to understand their needs and provide technical expertise
requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Ruby development
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and deployment of Ruby applications to the cloud
- Proficiency in RubyOnRails and Node.js frameworks
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
