Middle SAP Basis and DevOps Engineer
As a Middle SAP Basis and DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of SAP BASIS, change request and transport management, as well as incidents and service requests management. With 2+ years of relevant production experience, you will play an essential role in supporting our remote team and contributing to the successful execution of projects.

- Perform SAP BASIS maintenance and monitoring tasks
- Manage change requests and transport processes
- Handle incidents and service requests in a timely manner
requirements
- 2+ years of relevant production experience in SAP BASIS and DevOps roles
- Strong technical skills in SAP BASIS, including NW as ABAP (S4HANA Platform) and NW as JAVA, Webdisp, and Content Servers
- Experience in administering and maintaining SAP HANA and SAP ASE databases, including backup and restore, index and partitioning management, and DB parameter administration and tuning
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (CHARM, System monitoring, EWA)
- Expertise in Linux-based OS management, preferably SLES, including administration, OS updates and security patches implementation, and backup and restore
- Proficiency in performance analysis of ABAP, JAVA, HANA, and ASE DB
- Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, such as EC2, Route53, S3, Lambda, System Manager, and CloudWatch
nice to have
- Knowledge in GRC, ACP, SLT, BW4HANA, S4HANA, and OpenText
- Familiarity with third-party backup tools like Commvault
- Understanding of Single Sign-On protocols, including Kerberos, X509, SAML, and oAuth (Okta, SLS)
- Understanding of network and firewall concepts, as well as troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, Data Intelligence, and SAP Analytics Cloud
