Currently, we're looking for a remote Middle Support Engineer for Real Estate Asset
Management Company.
The customer is one of the largest real estate managers in Europe with offices in Switzerland, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the UK.
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, monitor and support the IT infrastructure
- Write scripts for service quality analysis, monitoring and operation
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Investigate and resolve technical issues by deploying updates/fixes
- Implement automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD)
- Perform quality control and manage the code base
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Support Engineer
- Administration of Atlassian Jira
- Dev/configuration in a UAT test environment
- Re-doing the same changes in PROD
- English level: B2
