Currently, we're looking for a remote Middle Support Engineer for World’s Leading Broadband Company to join our team.

The customer is a world leader in converged broadband, video, and mobile communications services. Liberty business delivers next-generation products through advanced fiber and 5G networks that connect subscribers across the United Kingdom and Europe.

  • Developing and operating of infrastructure, monitoring, diagnostics and elimination of weaknesses
    • Using existing and developing new environment deployment automation tools
      • Interacting with development teams, optimization of CI/CD processes based on GitLab
        • Being ready for challenging tasks
          • Learning new technologies
            • Being responsible in working by priority
              • 2+ years as an L3 Support Engineer experience
                • Experience in REST API services development and testing
                  • Experience in working with K8S setup
                    • Experience in AWS monitoring
                      • Experience in code review, able to determine and describe improvements in the scope of services support and monitoring
                        • Understanding of support quality standards
                          • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban methodology
                            • Ability to provide E2E production support
                              • English level B2+
                                nice to have
                                • Knowledge of Jira
                                  • Extensive experience in Kibana, Grafana and Postman
                                    • Experience in ReactJS with Redux
