MS Dynamics CRM Software Architect
We are looking for a remote Software Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team in designing and developing architectural frameworks.
In this position, you will be responsible for applying the best architectural standards and practices that impact both new and existing systems. You will document the solution architecture and ensure that the design is understood and implemented.

- Design and develop architectural frameworks that align with business needs and objectives
- Apply the best architectural standards and practices that impact both new and existing systems
- Document the solution architecture and ensure that the design is understood and implemented
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the architecture aligns with business requirements and is scalable
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and architects
- Lead the development of proof-of-concepts to evaluate and select new technologies
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
- Ensure that the solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
requirements
- At least 7 years of practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics software development
- At least 2 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Software Architect with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Expertise in Azure SQL Database, Azure Service Bus, and Microsoft Dataverse
- Experience in designing and developing architectural frameworks and documenting the solution architecture
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level

- Experience in CRM systems and Azure services
- Certification in software architecture or related fields
