Project Manager for EPAM Project
Project Manager for EPAM Project 40 hrs/week, 12+ months
Currently, we are looking for a remote Project Manager with business/system analysis experience to join our team.
As a Project Manager, you will create and execute change management plans for major data and data models updates across Global EPAM.
Responsibilities
- Design the strategic approach to managing data change
- Analyze business needs. Provide use cases and exceptions
- Analyze data and models in various of sources (RDBMS, warehouses, kafka topics, AVRO schemes, etc.)
- Assess the change impact. Evaluate resistance in adopting the change. Create map of affected parts, describe carefully in terms of change for particular system in separate tasks
- Lead data change management activities. Development of a data change plan
- Support communication efforts. Track discussions decisions, provide meeting notes, update technical artifacts (documentation pages, jira issues)
- Ensure that the data change management process is followed by all participants
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor data change progress. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the data change
Requirements
- Business/system analysis experiences is a must
- Willing to well organize and track partsof work for self and other participants. Especially write meeting follow-ups, bring made decisions into technical details of change (pages and tasks), track progress and estimations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
Nice to have
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Big-data and data relationship understanding, data-scientist interests and approaches knowledge
