We are currently looking for a remote Junior Recruiting Operations Specialist with good knowledge of English, no experience in IT, for training in the direction of IT recruiting and subsequent work in our team.

This is a great opportunity to start a career in the IT field.

We provide training in the IT recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Prescreening profiles and conducting interviews with the candidates from different markets
    • Assisting in building the EPAM brand and helping in bringing top talents to the company
      • Operational work with different internal company tools, systems, and documentation
        • Teamwork and collaboration with different stakeholders

          Requirements

          • Good English skills (B2+)
            • 0.5+ years of experience in any field (administrative work, sales, IT research, etc.)
              • Experienced MS Office user
                • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
                  • Analytical thinking, great at decision-making based on cases from the past
                    • Proactive, open-minded, flexible to accept business changes
                      • Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
                        • Ability to learn fast
