Remote SAP P2P Architect
As a P2P Architect, you will utilize your 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, to design and architect SAP P2P solutions. With a strong focus on system design and architecture, you will be responsible for driving the success of projects, ensuring technical excellence, and providing thought leadership in the P2P space.
responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP P2P solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and propose optimal technical solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in the MM module, including PU (Purchasing), IM (Inventory Management), MRP (Material Resource Planning), and WM (Warehouse Management), to design robust and scalable P2P systems
- Drive the technical discovery phase for the APAC WH project, focusing on technical impact/discovery, technical timeline planning, and high-level cost estimation based on the RFP outcome
- Provide guidance and support to the implementation team in configuring and customizing SAP P2P functionalities, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
- Oversee the resolution of complex system issues, working closely with technical teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing technical expertise and support to foster their professional growth
- Stay updated with the latest SAP P2P trends, advancements, and technologies, evaluating their potential application in projects and proposing innovative solutions
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in SAP P2P consulting
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or architect role, with a focus on system design and architecture
- Strong expertise in the MM module, including PU, IM, MRP, and WM
- Extensive experience with iDoc integration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in English at a C1+ level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and efficient SAP P2P solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP P2P projects with system design and architecture responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results

- Experience with the PP (Production Planning) module
- Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points
- SAP certifications in the MM module or related areas
- Previous experience in leading SAP implementation projects or teams
