We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced remote Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to join our team.

As a consultant, you will provide support to our customers in the ongoing delivery of their digital platform while offering expert guidance on optimizing their usage of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. This is a remote position that requires a C1+ level of English proficiency.

  • Define the solution direction and oversee the development of the EPAM Service and Marketing Cloud team in collaboration with the tech lead
  • Act as the trusted liaison for the client, addressing all architectural issues and providing advice and guidance to ensure the project progresses in the right direction
  • Collaborate with other teams involved in the architectural landscape, such as the Mulesoft integration team, customer storefront (CTD) and POS system teams, internal IT team, and product owners (POs)
  • Engage with Salesforce to resolve platform-related issues and stay updated on the latest features and updates
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 3 years in a relevant role
  • Proven track record of successfully completing a minimum of 3 projects involving system design and architecture from scratch
  • Excellent command of English language at a C1+ level
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions
nice to have
  • Additional certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud, such as Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Certified Technical Architect
  • B2+ level of English proficiency
  • Experience with Mulesoft integration
  • Knowledge of customer storefront (CTD) and POS systems
  • Understanding of internal IT operations and processes
  • Knowledge of Dutch language
