We are seeking a qualified remote Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers in the development, design, and implementation of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, coding skills, integration, deployment processes, and data migration.
responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of developers in Salesforce platform architecture and development
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, VF Pages, LWC, Lightning Component, and Salesforce Admin Knowledge
- Provide technical guidance to the team in data migration, merging Objects, and Deployment Process (DevOps)
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using SOAP, REST API
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions
requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and development
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Must have expertise in Apex, VF Pages, LWC, Lightning Component, and Salesforce Admin Knowledge
- Proven experience in data migration, merging Objects, and Deployment Process (DevOps)
- Strong experience in Integration (SOAP, REST API)
- B2+ English level

- Experience in Salesforce Marketing, sales, service, and Experience cloud with LWC components and Visual force pages
