We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP ABAP Lead Developer to join our remote team and work on a project for a high-end clothing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP ABAP solutions in S/4HANA. As a Lead Developer, you will work closely with the client to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.

responsibilities

Lead the development team in designing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions in S/4HANA
Design and develop custom solutions using ABAP programming language and ensure that the code meets the client's requirements
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Participate in code reviews and ensure that code meets the required standards
Ensure that the development process follows best practices and standards, including version control, testing, and documentation
Work closely with other teams to ensure the successful integration of SAP ABAP solutions with other systems

requirements

At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including experience in S/4HANA
1+ year experience in leading development teams and managing projects
Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution processes and their integration with other SAP modules
Familiarity with SAP-IS: Apparel and Footwear module
Strong knowledge of ABAP Core and Clean Code principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
