We are seeking a remote SAP Logistics Architect to join our team and support the assessment of current customer solutions and potential areas of opportunity for SAP solution implementation.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency, communication, and cooperation across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain of architecture. You will also partake in the customer engagement lifecycle and act as an integral member of the account engagement team.

responsibilities
  • Oversee project governance and execution for SAP pre-sale and implementation, encompassing tasks such as adapting and developing business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, facilitating process and organizational changes, and conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Assist in evaluating existing customer solutions and identifying potential opportunities for implementing SAP solutions
  • Collaborate on the adjustment and development of Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional requirements, as well as the identification of relevant IT and business enablers, from the initial customer initiative perspective to the final blueprint that serves as the foundation for SAP implementation
  • Engage actively in the customer lifecycle and play an integral role within the account engagement team
  • Define and integrate the domains of business, data, application, and technical aspects within the O2C architecture
  • Take the lead in or provide support for developing the target architecture and customer roadmap, ensuring alignment with SAP solutions
  • Proactively introduce innovative solutions to address specific customer needs
  • Foster personal customer relationships and assist the EPAM sales team in conducting in-depth customer discovery discussions regarding potential solutions
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in O2C improvement and the current SAP portfolio of related solutions to shape a customer-specific roadmap
  • Estimate the effort required for tasks related to O2C process improvement, organizational design enhancements, SAP technical configuration, and development
requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Logistics (SCM) with a strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution and Order Management Module
  • Experience in O2C business architecture development with knowledge of related business processes, SAP solutions, and delivery methodology
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA (Sales, Condition Contract Management) functionality
  • Ability to identify O2C-related business opportunities and solution gaps, as well as develop gap closure options
  • Capability to present SAP features and innovations filtered and focused on potential customer needs related to the O2C domain
  • Ability to align and effectively communicate with customer IT and business organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
  • Expertise in frameworks: PMP, SAP Architectural and Design Thinking, TOGAF
nice to have
  • Possess a high-level understanding of various SAP products, including their capabilities, functionalities, and technologies, such as SAP S/4HANA (SCM), SAP CAR, CARABs, C4C, Order Management Foundation, and BTP
  • Familiarity with high-level concepts related to Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes
  • Proficiency in understanding the 4P framework, pricing strategies, approaches to creating Customer Value Propositions (CVP) and Customer Experience Excellence (CEE), and Lean methodology
  • Knowledge of the sales process cycle, account management, and go-to-market planning within the IT service sales domain
