SAP Logistics (SCM) Solution Architect
We are seeking a remote Software Architect with expertise in SAP Logistics (SCM) to join our team. As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for leading the pre-sale and implementation project governance and delivery, including business requirements adjustment and development, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational change, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for our customer.

- Manage SAP pre-sale and implementation project oversight and delivery, encompassing tasks such as adapting and developing business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, addressing process and organizational changes, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis
- Assist in evaluating existing customer solutions and identifying potential areas for implementing SAP solutions
- Contribute to the refinement and enhancement of Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional requirements and the identification of relevant IT and business facilitators, starting from the initial customer initiatives and progressing to the final blueprint for SAP implementation
- Participate in account planning activities aimed at shaping the customer's vision within the scope of the solution
- Promote architecture governance and methodologies to ensure uniformity, communication, and collaboration throughout the O2C architecture domain
- Engage with customers throughout their lifecycle, playing a vital role within the account engagement team
- Define and integrate the O2C architecture domain, covering business, data, applications, and technical aspects
- Take the lead or provide support in developing target architectures and customer roadmaps, ensuring alignment with SAP solutions
- Actively introduce innovative concepts to address specific customer requirements
- Cultivate personal customer relationships and assist the EPAM sales team in in-depth discussions related to customer solutions
- Stay well-informed about trends in O2C process improvements and the current SAP solution portfolio to craft a tailored customer roadmap
- Estimate the required efforts for enhancing the O2C process, organizational design, SAP technical configuration, and development
requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in SAP development
- At least 2 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
- At least 1 year of experience as a Software Architect
- Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution and Order Management Module
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business architecture development with knowledge of related business processes, SAP solutions, and delivery methodology
- Knowledge of sales-related processes and SAP S/4HANA (Sales, Condition Contract Management) functionality
- Experience in driving architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency, communication, and cooperation across the O2C domain of architecture
- Experience in leading pre-sale and implementation project governance and delivery, including business requirements adjustment and development, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational change, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Strong experience in assessing current customer solutions and potential areas of opportunity for SAP solution implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level

- High-level understanding of several SAP products capabilities, functionality, and technologies: SAP S/4HANA (SCM), SAP CAR, CARABs, C4C, Order Management Foundation, BTP
- Strong understanding of SFA and CRM-related processes
- Knowledge of sales process cycle, account, and go-to-market planning in IT service sales
- Expertise in frameworks: PMP, SAP Architectural and Design Thinking, TOGAF
- High-level understanding of 4P framework, pricing strategies, CVP and CEE creation approaches, Lean methodology
