Senior Build Engineer for an American Fashion Company 40 hrs/week, 12+ months
Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Build Engineer to join our team.
The client is an American fashion label based in New York creating women's clothes.
Responsibilities
- Create CI/CD pipelines and automation with cloud-specific deployment models
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using IaC approach
- Analyze and improve existing systems, services and infrastructure
- Develop and integrate new functionality with close integration to the development team
- Create standards, introduce best practices, establish guides and conduct workshops
- Communicate with customer
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Deep understanding of DevOps culture and related tools
- Experience with Linux-based (CentOS, Debian or similar) production systems
- CI/CD processes configuration: Jenkins, Artifactory, Nexus
- Programming experience: Groovy / Bash / Python / Go / Java
- Knowledge of configuration / IaC tools: Ansible / Chef / Salt / Terraform / Packer
- Experience with cloud Providers: GCP
- Experience with containerization: Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience with load Balancing: Apache, Nginx
- Experience in monitoring: Prometheus, Graphana, Stackdriver / ELK
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence
- Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- English level B2 and higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Groovy
- Understanding of Scrum
