Control possible functional dependencies

Create a complete picture of work-flows and functional requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software

Create functional requirements in user stories format. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs

Communicate with development and delivery team to achieve clearness in planning following the team strategy

Facilitating refinement sessions with the implementation team to define the solution

Communicate with the testing team, be able to describe test-cases

Communicate with designers to create and update product mockups following functional scenarios

Conduct demo-sessions for stakeholders and prepare additional documentation (instructions, descriptions, schemes) in order to help others to understand processes and functionality

Create and keep up-to-date backlog items

Help product manager to conduct competitive and market researches

Test and use no-code instruments (e.g. integrations, workflows automation)

Work with marketing automation functionality / understand marketing processes

Work with complex multi-stream/team projects, applications

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis

Strong communication skills, be open-minded

User stories experience

Documentation experience

API knowledge

Knowledge of BPMN (we work in Miro)

Knowledge of Jira / Confluence
