Currently we are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst for a software company for our team.
You will be working on creating a new-gen software delivery platform with transparent productivity and efficiency, putting software development automation at the next level. The platform is a marketplace and highly adopts data-driven culture, so BI, database development and Data Analysis are very valuable. You will be a part of the team of professionals who covers full cycle of the Data: from creation tools and processes to analysis and making decisions.
responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and understand their problems
- Offer BI solutions suitable for the problems (not blind request tracking)
- Work on BI products adoption
- Improve the documentation both user-facing and internal one
- Work with experienced BA team lead
requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in either Business or Data Analysis
- English level B2+
- Product Mindset
- Experience in BI
- Experience in SQL
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition / Marketing / Staffing / E-Commerce domains is a plus
- Quick and analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
