Senior Business Analyst for a FinTech Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst to become a part of the global team.

responsibilities

Maintaining customer relationships
Eliciting business and stakeholder requirements through document analysis, workshops and interviews
Leading workshops and facilitate work sessions with various stakeholders
Documenting gathered requirements as epics and user stories
Scope management
Product Backlog management
Modeling and analysis of business processes and system flows
Following established standards, processes, procedures and instructions
Taking full responsibility for specified solution areas
Conducting presentations for project team and client
Cooperating with development teams and managers
Communicating and validating requirements
Problem solving,
Conducting root cause analysis for issues
Participating in SCRUM ceremonies

requirements

3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry
2+ years of experience in projects conducted in Agile methodology
2+ years of experience in project for foreign client
Background in (one of) Banking/Cross-border Payments/Cryptocurrencies preferable
Ability to conduct duties in international, multicultural environment
Ability to deal with though project situations
Sense of ownership and responsibility for given area/scope
Strong writing/documentation skills (3+ years of experience)
Creative approach to problem solving
Analytical and critical thinking
Upper-Intermediate + level of English
