Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

The customer is the leading technology company in the background check industry. The company provides modern and compliant background checks for global enterprises and startups.

responsibilities

Participate in the requirements gathering process and reviewing the detailed documentation to facilitate platform and data product development
Closely work with Data Platforms Architects, Product Owners and other stakeholders to define use cases and business requirements for platform
Work with Client and EPAM teams – support implementation, answer questions, help with assessment of problems

requirements

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
Experience in assisting with requirements elicitation, clarification and validation in order to define functional scope and use cases
Experience in conducting and leading requirements gathering workshops
Understanding of backlog development
B2 level of English
