Senior Business Analyst for EPAM
We are currently looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience, knowledge of Agile to join our team.
responsibilities
- Communicate with Process Owner and EPAM internal projects and services
- Set up and manage BA process
- High level requirements management
- User stories description (Jira)
- Confluence pages (KB) creation and updates
- Grooming and planning meeting participation and/or facilitation
- Support QA and Dev team with requirements details
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Ability to learn fast and work with huge amount of information and difficult processes
- Experience in Agile (USs, backlog managements, team collaboration principles)
- Good communication and organizational skills, which means ability to organize multiple stakeholders, users, team members in order to archive project goals
- Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
