Business processes analysis and redesign

Create business cases and justify their importance from functional and system perspectives

Work closely with Engineering Team to ensure proper work decomposition and right amount of details

Develop and maintain relationships with various key stakeholders and end users

Work with Product Managers to ensure goals alignment

3+years of experience with BA

Knowledge and practice in Financial Accounting is a must

Knowledge and practice in Managerial and Cost Accounting is a big plus

Familiarity with the internal EPAM Services and tools is a big plus.

Knowledge of product development life cycle and SDLC methodologies

Comfortable working with diverse, challenging and ever-changing environment

Excellent time management skills, ability to work effectively and follow deadlines

Ability to navigate in complex environments with a lot of uncertainties and moving parts

Ability to negotiate and create consensus with internal groups

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with other Teams (Engineering, UX, Tech. Writers, Graphical Designers, QA, etc.)
