Senior Business Transformation Consultant

We are looking for a remote Senior Business Transformation Consultant to reinforce a team working on the development of EPAM Anywhere, a new innovative platform for international IT talent sourcing.

The group you will be joining is responsible for raising the efficiency and speed of staffing operations for people sourced via the Anywhere platform. You will have an opportunity to work on critical initiatives for organization transformation with a high level of autonomy and ability to have a personal impact on the future of the company.

responsibilities

Identify the most promising business change initiatives and subsequently lead their implementation coming up with creative yet practical solutions to existing problems
Closely cooperate with analytics team to select and track key indicators measuring the impact of transformation initiatives on the target processes
Create detailed action plans required to achieve program goals set by senior management (target utilization, average staffing speed time, etc.)
Timely react to any undesirable deviation of fact from plan, and come up with correcting measures to mitigate the problem
Collaborate with Staffing Team Leads to create an efficient system of operations teams management and control
Facilitate relationships building and intensify cooperation of EPAM Anywhere sourcing platform and EPAM project teams requiring staffing

requirements

3+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy consulting or large international company
Outstanding analytical, modeling and presentation skills
Proven record of high performance and outstanding achievements in your past positions
Ability to perform without direct supervision and step-by-step guidance
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Integrity, responsibility, and dedication
Any initial managerial experience is highly beneficial
Fluency in English
Good understanding of Jira/confluence/agile methodologies
