Senior Content Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead content strategy and design, utilizing your expertise in AWS ChatBot, ChatGPT, Content Management Systems, Information Architecture, and Figma to develop effective content solutions that align with our clients' needs. Your experience in presenting and storytelling will be invaluable as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, write, test, and deliver in-product content. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills who can contribute scalable, reusable standards for content, as well as define workflows and best practices for product content.
responsibilities
- Lead content strategy and design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective content solutions that align with our clients' needs
- Conceptualize, write, test, and deliver in-product content using AWS ChatBot, ChatGPT, Content Management Systems, Information Architecture, and Figma
- Contribute scalable, reusable standards for content, as well as define workflows and best practices for product content
- Define content mapping and sourcing for new product experiences, including in-product flows for imagery, user-generated content through Content Platform/CGS and third-party providers
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, as well as create polished Figma flows and PPT presentations for content critiques and stakeholder reviews
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Content Designer or similar role
- Expertise in AWS ChatBot, ChatGPT, Content Management Systems, Information Architecture, and Figma
- Proven ability to apply human-centered design methods to conceptualize, write, test, and deliver in-product content
- Experience in presenting and storytelling to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
