Senior Content Strategist
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our remote team, supporting the Growth Acquisition Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end content strategies for product experiences, applying human-centered design methods to conceptualize, write, test, and deliver in-product content. You will also contribute scalable, reusable standards for content and build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners to ensure a cohesive product + brand experience.

- Define content workflows and processes
- Content mapping and sourcing for new product experiences
- Workshop prep and facilitation
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Strategist or similar role
- Expertise in writing useful, accessible, and natural-sounding product UI content in American English
- Advanced working expertise in Figma (including content-specific plug-ins such as Ditto)
- Advanced presentation and storytelling skills (including PPT creation)
- Competent facilitation and workshopping skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Baseline understanding of headless content management systems and GitHub
- Working understanding of AI/ML for content design
- Strong relationship-building skills and a one-team mindset
- Growth mindset and first-principles thinking
- Fluent English language skills with an Advanced level or higher
nice to have
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
- Experience with localization and internationalization of content
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Experience with UX research methods and techniques
