Senior Content Strategist
We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist to join our remote team and help shape the content strategy for our client, a leading online travel agency.
As a Senior Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a content strategy that aligns with the client's business objectives and enhances the user experience across all digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that the content is consistent, engaging, and informative.
responsibilities
- Drive the development of content for the website, social media, email campaigns and other marketing channels
- Develop and execute a chatbot content strategy that enhances the user experience and drives engagement and conversions
- Create and maintain a content calendar that outlines the content production schedule and ensures timely delivery of content
- Create wireframes and prototypes to support the development of new content experiences
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform content strategy decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content is consistent, engaging and informative across all digital platforms
requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Content Strategy
- Expertise in creating content for chatbots and conversational interfaces, including experience with AWS, ChatBot and ChatGPT
- Experience with content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma to create wireframes and prototypes
- Experience in storytelling and crafting compelling narratives for digital communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
nice to have
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Proficiency in other design tools, such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
