responsibilities
- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
- Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
- Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
- Setting up tools and required infrastructure
- Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
- Having the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
- Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
requirements
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm (min 1+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for large automation tasks
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Experience operating high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable, distributed software in production
- Experience in diagnosing and solving user facing service outages
- Experience working with Postgres or MySQL
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with experience developing and instilling a culture of operational maturity
- Solid communication skills with team members near and far
- Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
nice to have
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Grafana
- Experience with Kibana, Prometheus
