Collaborating with development teams to plan, deploy and administer applications running on AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes

Monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, EL(F)K stacks and MSK clusters

Maintaining AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles

Initiating and driving the adoption of technologies and use of good patterns for development and operations

Actively participating in proposing and evaluating solutions for various technical improvements or business requirements

Keeping up to date with the latest tools and trends in the industry

3+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline

Experience with Kubernetes production administration (preferably EKS)

Experience with ELK (ILM, index templates, RBAC, ingest pipelines)

Experience with Kafka (ACL, advanced topic configuration)

Professional experience with Docker

Experience with core services is mandatory (compute, storage, networking, database, and identity & access management)

Proven production experience in Terraform

Problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Outstanding team working skills

Ability to work autonomously

Good communication skills

AWS additional services

Experience or knowledge in CI/CD with Gitlab will be considered an advantage

Experience or knowledge of service mesh (such as Istio)

Experience in monitoring tools (such as New Relic, Prometheus)
