Senior DevOps IaC Engineer for a Software company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior DevOps IaC Engineer to join our team.
responsibilities
- Estimate and plan work together with a Customer.
- Perform ongoing enhancements to the platform.
- "On-call": 1st-level response for infrastructure support for 9 hours (11 am - 8 pm PagerDuty) per working day, ~10 days per month. NO weekend days are required.
- Supporting development teams.
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps IaC
- Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure
- Coding, should at least be comfortable enough with their basic knowledge of programming to grab a Terraform / Bash script / Phyton
- Administration experience
- Experience in Kubernetes
- Experience in Terraform
- Experience in Jenkins
- Experience in Docker
- Experience in Bash
- responsible self-driven, self-starter, self-learner
nice to have
- Linux (Amazon Linux2, CoreOS, Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Experience in Cassandra
- Experience in Kafka
- Experience in PostgreSQL
- Experience in ElasticSearch
- Experience in Nginx
- Experience in Ruby, Java, and GoLang (to understand developers code better)
- Experience in Vault
- Experience in Spark
