Senior Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will assume responsibility for MDG implementations and work collaboratively within various project teams to deliver high-quality results. You must possess experience in SAP MDM/MDG, be an expert in vendor BP related processes, and possess excellent leadership qualities to lead medium to large teams. responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration of SAP MDG/Vendor solution with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Work with clients to establish business requirements and translate them into system designs
- Develop test scripts and perform necessary testing to ensure the quality of the delivered solution
- Conduct necessary training and documentation sessions with clients to ensure a smooth transition to new systems
- Lead team members and collaborate with both offshore and onshore teams
- Analyze and resolve complex issues in a timely manner to ensure project success
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience as a SAP MDM/MDG development
- Excellent expertise in SAP MDM/MDG
- Experience as a Lead Functional Consultant in vendor BP related processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to guide and mentor team members
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices
- Fluency in English with a level of B2+
nice to have
- SAP certification in MDG/Vendor
- Experience in other modules of SAP, such as SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of integration between SAP MDG and other SAP applications
