Senior Functional Tester

Requirements

• Mobile experience is a must
• Estimation of all project parts as epics and separated features by using different approaches (experience based, T-shirt, planning poker, etc.)
• Test planning; creation of test documentation based on customer standards (test plan, test strategy)
• Requirement analysis on different phases of the project (discovery, implementation)
• Task distribution between team members
• Onboarding activities; mentoring; test results control
• Testing product functionality according to the business requirements, needs
• As part of an Agile delivery team, work closely with development, design, and product management to coordinate work efforts. Participation in different meetings as Planning, Grooming, Retrospective and so on
• Support of UAT, preparation of test data
• Gather QA/test metrics and report to management
• Test result report creation
• English level B2 and higher (written and spoken)
• Experience with GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Postman
• Proactive position is an advantage
