Senior Go Language Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Go Language Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of relevant work experience and expertise in Golang, AWS, Docker/K8, and Kafka/GraphQL. They will be responsible for building APIs using modern tools, deploying production applications, and delivering high-quality, well-tested code.

responsibilities
  • Build APIs using modern tools such as Golang, Node.js, ES6, TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, and Jest
  • Deploy production applications on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Heroku)
  • Deliver high-quality, well-tested code
  • Communicate with other teams and individuals to plan, coordinate, and seek feedback
  • Pitch in where needed as a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team
  • Use infrastructure tools such as K8s, Terraform, Docker, and  Helm charts
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting
requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must have skills in Golang, AWS, Docker/K8, and Kafka/GraphQL
  • Experience with modern JavaScript coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CI/CD in previous projects
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API design
  • B2+ English level
nice to have
  • Exposure to front-end technologies such as React, CSS, Redux, or Webpack
  • High bar for user experience quality
  • Solid background in Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design and systems architecture
  • Experience with performance, accessibility, and monitoring tools
  • Great communication skills
