Senior IT Systems Engineer
We are seeking a skilled remote Senior IT Systems Engineer with solid experience in building workflows and automations using ServiceNow, and the ability to work in an AWS environment with Active Directory to build role-based access controls.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, enhancing system performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

- Provide application support by identifying and resolving complex technical issues
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT systems and workflows using ServiceNow and other tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, preferably in Life Sciences & Healthcare
- Expertise in ServiceNow, building workflows and automations
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL and DevOps principles
- Upper-Intermediate English level and higher (B2+)
nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and building role-based access controls
