Senior Java Developer for a Retail Company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Java Developer to join our team.
The customer is a Belgian-Dutch grocery retail company. Its business format includes supermarkets, convenience stores, hypermarkets, online grocery, online non-food, drugstores, and liquor stores.
responsibilities
- Developing software patches and new features
- Writing well designed, testable, efficient code
- Taking apart in code review activities
- Creating applications using standard and cloud software development tools
- Testing, debugging, maintaining and/or updating the application
- Analyzing, reviewing, and modifying application to increase operating efficiency or to meet new requirements
- Investigating, documenting and resolving technical issues
requirements
- 4+ years of Java development experience
- Experience with Maven
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC
- Strong knowledge of Java 8+
- Understanding of relational Databases
- Understanding of API, REST API
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- English level B2+

- Experience with Kotlin
