Senior Java Developer for Commercial Banking
Currently, we are looking for a Remote Senior Java Developer to join our team.
The project is set to move client-facing systems to a new technology stack in a cloud-based microservices architecture. The solution is designed to cater to all customers across all bank locations in Europe and provision further expansion to new countries as a ‘digital first’ bank. As part of this initiative, a whole new set of APIs are being developed to support new pan-European mobile app and Online Web banking experience that is dependent on new APIs.
responsibilities
- Java API development team create a set of APIs for client facing application to consume (Mobile, web online, chatbots, etc.):
- Personal customer onboarding, business customer onboarding
- ID&V
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Java 11
- 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot
- 3+ years of experience in REST API / Microservices development experience
- Experience in Test-driven development / Unit and Integration testing / dependency mocking
- Experience with Mongo with Spring Data Mongo
- Security experience with Spring Security
- JPA experience (PostgreSQL) with Spring Data JPA
- Agile methodologies experience
- Understanding of main AWS concepts
- Knowledge of OOP/OOA/Design Patterns
nice to have
- Knowledge of Bash scripting and Kubernetes
- Kong API Gateway (Or Other API Gateway Solutions) experience
- AWS EKS experience
