Senior Java Developer (Hibernate)

We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Java Developer with proficiency in Hibernate to join our development team.

The ideal candidate must possess solid Java development experience, Unit Testing skills, and expertise in Version Control with Git. The candidate should also have a high level of written and spoken English and knowledge of HTTP/Websocket.

responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-performance Java-based applications using Hibernate and other related technologies
  • Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code using best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Conduct Unit Testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java Developer with expertise in Hibernate stack
  • Strong understanding of Java development methodologies, design patterns, and software architectures
  • Knowledge of Docker, Spring, Kubernetes, and MongoDB will be an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate Level)

  • General payment industry experience
  • Experience with open-source code development
