Senior Java Hibernate Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Hibernate Developer to join our team remotely.

As a developer, you will be responsible for developing REST API web services using Java, Spring MVC, and Hibernate. You will also be responsible for working together with business analysts to transform their analysis and requirements into code. Additionally, you must have at least 3 years of Java development experience, be independent and competent in all stages of SDLC, and be able to document features and changes as part of the development process.

  • Develop REST API web service using Java, Spring MVC, and Hibernate
  • Transform business analysis and requirements to testable features in an agile fashion
  • Document features and changes as part of the SDLC process
  • Participate in code reviews and daily scrum activities
  • Work together with business analysts to transform their analysis and requirements into code
requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of Java development experience
  • Good understanding of SQL and Hibernate ORM framework
  • Ability to design RESTful APIs and implement them using Spring MVC
  • A university degree in computer science, applied informatics, mathematics, or related
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (B2+)
nice to have
  • Knowledge of modern build tools (Maven, Gradle)
  • Experience with Spring, REST API, Docker
  • Experience with Git repositories
