We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to join our remote team and work on a project that involves sharing business values of new MS Dynamics 365 solutions to a customer and achieving business goals. As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist, you will coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work, drive discovery and workshops, proactively gather feedback from key business users, and understand the business and system gaps. You will also make recommendations and lead implementations for enhancements, effectively communicate to the appropriate audience, build consensus around the recommended solutions, manage customer expectations and relationships, and address customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the project team.

requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Experience in working on large-scale, complex Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including design, configuration, customization, and deployment
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, security model, and integration patterns
- Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM data model and data migration strategies
- Ability to prepare functional design documents, technical design documents, and test cases
- Solid experience in leading and managing customer workshops and discovery sessions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Experience with Agile Methodology

- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or related fields
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, Power BI, or Azure
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Online and on-premises solutions
