We are seeking a highly experienced remote Senior MS Dynamics CRM Consultant with expertise in PowerApps to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for sharing the business value of new MS Dynamics 365 solutions with customers and designing solutions that achieve business goals. You will also lead workshops and drive discovery to prepare customer proposals and statements of work. Share the business value of new MS Dynamics 365 solutions with customers and design solutions to achieve business goals
Lead workshops and drive discovery to prepare customer proposals and statements of work
Gather feedback from key business users and make recommendations for enhancements
Communicate effectively with the appropriate audience and build consensus around recommended solutions
Manage customer expectations and relationships and address customer issues during engagements
Prepare estimations on time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects
Develop project plans incorporating all project variables and establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production as per selected delivery model
Perform price benchmarks and cost estimation and modeling of various technologies for consideration
Build delivery timelines for multiple streams, analyzing internal/external dependencies

requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Consultant
Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Apps products
Solid understanding of CRM concepts and business processes
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and build consensus around recommended solutions
Strong project management skills and experience in project estimation and planning
Ability to measure and improve delivery productivity
Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
