The customer is a call center firm, who has acquired a small software company developing a cloud experience platform for call centers.
The project is a software platform that allows client to build, deliver and change client’s journeys across every channel faster than ever before. It brings together all systems into one easily configurable environment, that client can manage through apps on theirs laptop. App is created mostly on .Net and is hosted in Azure cloud.
