We are seeking a remote Senior Product Owner (BA) to join our team.
With 3+ years of relevant production experience, you will resume the PO role for one or more squads of a tribe and be responsible for maximizing the value of the outcome of each iteration and product increment. As a Senior Product Owner, you will support the business analysis function in close collaboration with the client and constantly refine the squads' backlogs. You will contribute to refining the delivery model in collaboration with the BA Lead and participate in scaled agile ceremonies, representing the squads. Your involvement during the discovery phase will help you liaise with the client and understand the agile practices in place.

- Resume the PO role for one or more squads of a tribe
- Maximize the value of the outcome of each iteration and product increment
- Support the business analysis function in close collaboration with the client
- Constantly refine the squads' backlogs
- Contribute to refining the delivery model in collaboration with the BA lead
- Participate and represent the squads in scaled agile ceremonies
- Liaise with the client during the discovery phase to understand the agile practices in place
requirements
- 3+ years of relevant production experience
- Experience supporting similar engagements, ideally with EPAM
- PO experience under a scaled agile framework
- Business analysis or product owner experience in the banking/finance sector is desirable
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in Agile practices
- Greek-speaking: able to lead technical discussions
- B2+ English level
nice to have
- Experience working as a PO for Financial institutions
- Familiarity with the .NET Back-End technology stack
- Familiarity with the Angular Front-End framework
- Familiarity with mobile development, specifically iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
