Senior Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team remotely.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) or, alternatively, Aura components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Design and implement data models, custom objects, and workflows to support business processes within Salesforce
- Develop and maintain documentation for all Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions
- Proactively identify areas for process automation and optimization, driving efficiency and productivity improvements across the organization
- Participate in project planning and estimation, contributing to the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives on time and within scope
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
requirements
- 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in developing custom Lightning components in LWC or working exposure to Aura components
- Strong proficiency in Apex, API's, Triggers, and asynchronous processes
- Demonstrable experience with Scheduled and Batch Apex jobs for efficient data processing
- Familiarity with Data loader for data management tasks
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and SOSL
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs
- Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, etc.
- Previous involvement in Service Cloud implementation projects
- Excellent communication skills and a B2+ English level to effectively interact with team members and clients
