Senior SAP ABAP Developer
Join our remote team as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer. As a Senior SAP ABAP Developer, you will play a critical role in our team, responsible for developing and maintaining our SAP systems. You will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the code, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to the team.
responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality SAP solutions using ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP)
- Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Ensure the quality of the code, including testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to the team and assist with troubleshooting issues
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
- Expertise in ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP)
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA systems
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
nice to have
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration and SAP Cloud Platform Integration
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services and SAP API Business Hub
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Test Suite
