We are seeking a Senior SAP Basis Engineer to work remotely on an exciting project for our e-commerce client that specializes in footwear, apparel, and beauty products. As a member of our SAP team, you will create and carry out a plan to archive FI-AA data in SAP, set up and keep running SAP HANA, put in place and maintain SAP Solution Manager procedures and processes, and examine SAP performance data to find bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement an SAP FI-AA archiving strategy
Install, configure, and maintain SAP HANA
Implement and maintain SAP Solution Manager processes and procedures
Analyze SAP performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Participate in the development and implementation of DevOps processes and procedures

requirements

3+ years of experience in SAP Basis and DevOps
Expertise in SAP: FI-AA Archiving, HANA Administration, Solution Manager, and DB Administration
Experience in Performance Analysis to identify and resolve performance issues
Knowledge of DevOps best practices and experience in implementing DevOps processes and procedures
Expertise in SAP system security and authorization administration
Working background with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
