- Clarify customer requirements and provide solutions for SAP HCM applications
- Collaborate with UX and SA teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Provide ongoing project support and participation in testing activities
- Prepare high-quality documentation and training materials for end-users
- Ensure project deadlines and quality objectives are met
requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR (Human Resources Management)
- Experience in Personnel Management - Administration and Time Management - Time Evaluation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
