Senior SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking a remote Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team.

The role requires experience in conducting application-specific solution consulting, as well as feasibility studies and requirement gathering workshops. The candidate must have good communication skills and a basic knowledge of modeling standards and tools.

responsibilities

Work independently as part of teams delivering SuccessFactors solutions to the customers
Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions
Conduct application-specific solution consulting, including creation of business blueprint/configuration workbook, implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go-live support, and post go-live support
Conduct feasibility studies/solution reviews and requirement gathering workshops and trainings as required
Perform configuration and testing as required

requirements

Minimum of 3 years application consulting experience and SAP implementation experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Good experience and knowledge on SuccessFactors solution – Employee Central or Compensation and Variable Pay
Certified in Employee Central or Compensation and Variable Pay
Good knowledge of SAP HCM On-premise solution
Good communication skills, both oral and written
B2+ English level
