Senior Stibo STEP Developer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Stibo STEP Developer to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of Stibo STEP modules.
You will be responsible for bringing new solutions and working out new architectural designs/solutions, as well as mentoring and directing the project team through all phases of the project.

- Develop/adjust functions and features that are not available out of the box to fulfill the business requirements
- Understand supplier MD processes and transform business requirements into technical setup with the support of Business Analytics
- Competency and experience that will allow customer team members to learn and understand the setup of the STIBO platform
- Work in a shared environment with core STIBO layer, shared layer, and own_name_space/product development layer
requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
- Excellent understanding of Product and Customer MDM
- Strong exposure to STEP Data model, workflows, and STEP configurations
- Knowledge of the STIBO solution (tool functions and features available “out of the box”)
- Knowledge of workflows design/setup/variants creation
- Knowledge of the STIBO monitoring/reporting functions
- Strong knowledge of PIM architecture and design; the MDM/PIM best practices and development
- B2+ English level
