senior support engineer for a financial services company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Support Engineer to join our team.
The customer is a financial services group that provides a comprehensive range of services to personal, business and corporate customers and has leading market shares in banking products in the Republic of Ireland.
- 2+ years of related experience in technical support area
- Strong experience with application support - basic programming skills, log reading and analysis
- Practical experience of supporting the specific set of applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Cloudbees Jenkins, Nexus2 repository manager, Nexus3 repository manager, Nexus IQ, OSS SonarQube, Enterprise SonarQube, API Registry, SauceLabs)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in collaboration with multiple teams
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, B2+ level of English
- Experience with Grafana, ITIL, Prometheus, ServiceNow
