We are currently looking for a remote Talent Sourcer to join our team.
We want to intensify our talent acquisition activities in the new regions, and you will help different departments with finding high volumes of talent and landing them into EPAM internal systems. We will teach you how to use different sourcing techniques and approaches to meet the high targets of the EPAM Anywhere program. Moreover, you’ll get all external sourcing tools to make your job even more effective and exciting.
What you’ll get:

- Sourcing of specific talent from different sources (internal database, internal products, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Building and maintenance of company’s talent pool
- Taking care of building a candidate’s pipeline for one or more job requisitions
- Landing talent into internal EPAM systems properly using internal corporate tools
- Communication with stakeholders with status updates on search progress
- Initiating purchasing of new sourcing tools if necessary
- 6+ months of working into recruitment/sourcing/people analytics/data analytics
- Basic understanding of developers’ skillsets and differences among them
- Basic understanding of sourcing concepts&tools
- Analytical mindset
- English B2+
