Currently, we are looking for a remote Team Lead Java Developer to join our team.

The customer is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures shoes, clothing and accessories.

responsibilities
  • Promoting and ensuring engineering excellence in the team of 6 developers and beyond
    • Establishing and continuously improving engineering processes across the team
      • Setting up a proactive, can-do culture and attitude, motivating team members and driving quality
        • Working w/ key stakeholders and engineers from external teams to design a suitable/proper integration flow
          • Support the cloud-native approach for the platform
            requirements
            • 6+years of Java developement experience
              • Cloud Platforms experience
                • Integration Patterns and Integration Platforms experience
                  • 2+years of Leadership experience
