6+ years of experience as a UX Designer

2+ years of experience in design team leadership

In-depth knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies

Ability to take ownership of project processes

Self-starter, eager to launch and drive new design initiatives

Courage to facilitate B and C-level business stakeholders, establish partnerships

Good soft skills

Experience in enterprise

Proficient in conducting design workshops, user research and user studies

Strong focus on teamwork, great interpersonal skills

Experience in mentoring

Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, Display)

Ability to work independently, good stress tolerance

Excellent communication skills in English

Experience with people management platforms
