Team Lead UX Designer for a Software Company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Team Lead UX Designer to become a part of our global team.
responsibilities
- Conducting design workshops, user research, and user studies
- Take ownership of project processes
- Hiring and staffing design team members
- Facilitate B and C-level business stakeholders and establish a partnership
requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies
- Experience in enterprise
- Self-starter, eager to launch and drive new design initiatives
- Strong focus on teamwork, great interpersonal skills
- Experience in mentoring team members
- Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, Display)
- Ability to work independently, good stress tolerance
- Excellent communication skills (English B2 or higher)
